Bhutto : Zardari

January 6, 2008 / by zuhair250

After the death of Benazir Bhutto, the Pakistan Peoples Party have come up with a new chairman, Mr. Bilawal Zardari, renamed as Bilawal Bhutto Zardari. since he is young, his father will be the co-chairman.

Bilawal is only 19 years of age. He surely connot handle the prrssures of politics at this young age. Especially Pakistani politics. Most people think that he should not hae accepted the new role and its would have been better to just concentrate on his studies ather than enter politics.

But this step has not been taken without concent. He would have never thought of entering into politics before 27th December 2007, when her mother was assassinated after a sucessful rally at Rawalpindi. The will of Benazir Bhutto was read and Asif Ali Zardari was nominated as the new chairman.

The party had no issues with Zardari taking over but PPP and the Bhutto legacy cannot be separated. So Asif Zardari suggested to make Bilawal the new chairman and be the co-chairperson himself. He renamed hi son Bilawal Bhutto Zardari alowing his children to give proiority to their mothers' surmane.
